wanted to thank all those that recommended Centrav a while back. We have been using them and they do a great job. Unlike many consolidators, they will accept a third party credit card and also will accept agency SOF.

As some of you know, I moved to TPE a couple years ago and am no longer in the travel business. So far I still use my old agency for my twice-annual trips home because they can get better fares than I can find here. I use the web site, though, to view my reservation and recently tried to change seat assignments with it.

Generally I would use the TAW line for this but our automation will drop it on a queue every night if I use the TAW line and that causes confusion.
