You say that like you might think it's a bad thing? Do you think men are bad creatures? Do you think Christians are bad people? Do you not think Christianity teaches useful things that have benefited our country? FYI, I was raised in a Catholic home and attended Catholic schools through high school. If you asked me to describe myself in one word, I'd be shocked if "Catholic" or "Christian" popped out of my mouth. I believe the earth and heavens and all that goes on there are largely a mystery to us and will remain so for all time. I believe that "spirituality" is an integral part of the universe and, while much of my consideration of spiritualilty may exist in a context formed by background, I don't, for a minute, believe that spiritualiy is any less real when expressed in other ways in other cultural contexts. This is not to say that religion can't be used for bad purposes. It certainly was in the history of the Catholic church by a bunch of purely evil popes and is, IMO, in contemporary time by mullahs and jihadists. BTW, is Michael Jackson still dead? This is the third day, right?

I believe in the Yin-Yang theory. I think all religion lectures to you. I don't believe that those that give the lectures really believe or live what they lecture about. Therefore, I don't believe in organized religion. The only religion I believe in, is the one that comes from your heart. Most who expound on religion are just repeating what they have heard or read. I have met very few true religious people. I have met a lot of wannabes.

It would alter and dilute the meaning of an academic degree if multiple standards are allowed for admission, course work and testing. Some people who can't meet the original standard may not be pleased but, until they meet the standard, no degree for them. I am not afraid of homosexuals. I have several great friends who are homosexuals. I have attracted the attention of homosexuals many times - it's never been a problem. Just say you're flattered and move on. You are a broken record, green. There's enough confusion, euphemism, political pandering and contrived "reality" in the world as it is. I oppose adding to it. If the word "marriage" is of importance to homosexual activists, I suppose it can also be important to me. Words really should mean something. There are many people from other countries living in the United States (legally and illegally). Many of them go about their lives in the same way as US citizens. They are not citizens and I would oppose referring to them as citizens. Dishonoring a marriage vow has nothing to do with the definition of marriage. You have no more "right" to change the meaning of "marriage" than a foreigner has to change the meaning of "citizen". So could you please answer the simple question. The Company has a little over 500 employees. 29 have been accused of spousal abuse. 7 have been arrested for draud. 19 have been accused of writing bad checks. 117 have bankrupted at least two businesses. 3 have been arrested for assault. 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit. 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges. 8 have been arrested for shoplifting. 21 are current defendents in lawsuits. Barack Obama told a crowd of supporters in Philadelphia back in 2008, "If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun." He added, "That's the Chicago way." Last night in St. Louis, Missouri, a local conservative found out firsthand about the "Chicago way." Kenneth Gladney, a black conservative from the city, was handing out "Don't Tread On Me" flags after a Russ Carnahan town hall meeting on health care in Mehlville. This didn't go over well with the Obama supporters and union thugs who attended the meeting. They punched him in the face, kicked him in the head, and stomped him on the pavement. So much for hope and change...
